Registration allows users to post listings, manage their posts, save favorite content, and use additional website features. A user account also helps improve safety and accountability on the platform, since every post is connected to its author. Registration is free and requires only basic information, such as an e-mail address and password. After registering, users can log in and post listings or use other available options on the website.

User details are required for safety, accountability, and legal reasons related to online advertising and electronic commerce. User identification helps prevent misuse, fake listings, and irresponsible behavior. This protects both website users and people who contact advertisers. 4Noge.rs does not use user data for unauthorized purposes. Data is processed in accordance with our privacy rules and applicable regulations.

You can post a listing by clicking the Add listing button. If you are not logged in, you will first be taken to the login or registration page. After that, you can fill in the listing form, choose the appropriate category, and enter a description, contact details, and photos. We recommend making your listing clear, honest, and as detailed as possible. Good photos, an accurate location, and a precise description increase the chances of your listing reaching the right person quickly.

Basic use of the website and posting listings is free. In the future, additional options may be available for better visibility of listings or business profiles, but the basic information will remain easily accessible to users. At 4Noge.rs, it is important to us that users can quickly find what they need, whether they are looking for a service, help, advice, a listing, or information about a pet.

Certain listings or previous posts may remain recorded in a user’s history for greater transparency and safety. This can help other users better understand an advertiser’s activity, especially if the person frequently posts listings or offers a specific service. The goal is not to keep outdated information unnecessarily, but to make the platform clearer, safer, and more useful for the community.

You can search listings using the main search bar or by browsing categories on the website. Depending on the type of listing, you may be able to search by keywords, category, location, and other available filters. This helps you find what you need more quickly, whether you are looking for a service, pet equipment, help with a pet, or information about a lost or found animal. For best results, use specific terms such as: “vet Vračar”, “found dog”, “cat adoption”, or “dog grooming”.

On the login page, click Forgot password. Enter the e-mail address you used when registering, and you will receive instructions for resetting your password. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Images attached to a listing can be uploaded in JPG, PNG, or GIF format, with a minimum resolution of 480×320 pixels and a maximum file size of 10 MB. If the images do not meet these requirements, the system will not accept them and they will therefore not be displayed in the listing.

If the registration e-mail has not arrived, first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, depending on your e-mail provider. If you find the message there, mark it as “not spam” so future messages from 4Noge.rs arrive normally in your inbox. If the e-mail still does not arrive, check whether you entered the correct address or contact user support.

For now, our focus is on making listings clear, well organized, and easy for users to find. If additional listing promotion options are introduced, they will be clearly displayed on the website, with an explanation of what the user receives and how long the option lasts. For lost and found pet listings, the priority will remain usefulness and fast information sharing, rather than commercial promotion.

You can change your e-mail address in your user account settings. After entering a new address, you may receive a confirmation e-mail. You will need to click the confirmation link for the new address to be connected to your account. If you do not receive the message, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you suspect that a listing is fake, misleading, or that fraud has occurred, it is important to be cautious and report the case to us. In your report, include the listing link, the username if available, a description of the situation, the date of communication, and any details that may help us review the case. If you have already suffered damage or believe that a criminal offence has occurred, the case should be reported to the relevant authorities. The 4Noge.rs team may, in accordance with the law and available information, assist with further review and provide relevant information to the authorities.
